Our temple projects are our properties for long term rental for those who seek to build their beautiful life in Sicily

Sicily is has everything they say. All earth elements come together here. Culture, history, nature are eternally reminding us of how great a piece of land can be. The three sees, power of the heaven on earth, one of the most complete and beautiful places that can exist with ancient history and rich landscapes, but behind that beauty lingers the challenge of living in a land that requires you to be the sovereign of your own mind, your own life and your property. Sicily is a land where beauty is for free, like a museum of ancient history and treasury, but nature is so dominating that it requires collaboration to create comfort within the wild heart of this island. Sicily is generous, available but not accessible. Sicily is a symbol of what true luxury means. 

What it means to live in a temple

Our Temples represent a sacred way needed for the well-being of the soul. Where you can have an opportunity to live divinely in an ordinary life. They are sacred places, where philosophy is lived daily and where there is space to make memories and the importance of oneself. We believe that architecture should withstand power of time and houses must be built within principles of eternity. As a system of refined, harmoniously designed spaces that focus on symmetry, proportion, and geometry integrating nature and prioritising balance between built structures and surrounding landscape. We focus on multi-functionality of spaces yet defined for feeling of safety and peace. Comfortable outdoor living with courtyards, sun protection, natural ventilation, protection from wild life, light and roads. Our temples are being built to be part of our living history chosen by people who decided to build their life here - this creates place for many.  In our rental projects you can say with certainty : “I live in a Temple.”

Our locations are purchased, we are building our temples on paper. In 2028 the first temples will be available for rent.
